We exist because honest feedback is rare.

Most business owners never hear the full truth from their team or their clients. Not because people don't have opinions — but because the conditions for honesty don't exist. We built Masked Data to change that.

Where this started

We've worked alongside business owners long enough to see the same pattern repeat: a leader makes a decision based on what they've heard in the room, only to find out later that the room wasn't telling them everything. The real concerns — about culture, about leadership, about why clients quietly left — never surfaced. We started Masked Data because we believed there was a better way to get to the truth. Not through surveys that people rush through. Not through anonymous comment boxes that nobody trusts. Through real conversations, conducted by a neutral third party, where people feel genuinely safe to speak.

How we're different

Phone interviews, not surveys

A survey gets you data. A phone call gets you context. Our interviewers are trained to listen past the first answer — to ask the follow-up that surfaces what someone almost said.

True anonymity, not just a promise

We never share individual responses with clients. We aggregate, we synthesize, and we report themes. If we can't protect someone's identity, we don't include their feedback.

Saskatchewan-based, personally delivered

Every interview is conducted by one of our local team members. Every report is reviewed before it goes out. You're not dealing with a platform — you're dealing with people who take this work seriously.

Reports you can act on

We don't hand you a spreadsheet. We give you a written report with clear themes, direct quotes (anonymized), and specific recommendations. The goal is a decision, not a document.

What we won't do

We won't soften findings to protect anyone's feelings — including the client's.

We won't share individual responses, even under pressure.

We won't take on an engagement we don't think we can do well.

If you're ready to hear the truth, we're ready to find it.
